🎓 You may be wondering… How does this course work?

This course is designed to help you build confidence in using essential Microsoft 365 applications for work, study and everyday tasks. Work through each lesson at your own pace. Once you complete a lesson, the next one will unlock, allowing you to progress through the course step by step.

How will you be assessed?

Each section includes a short quiz to help you check your understanding and see how much you have learnt. You will have up to three attempts to pass each quiz and will need to achieve an overall score of at least 70% to qualify for your certificate.

Once you have successfully completed all the lessons and quizzes, a short feedback survey will unlock. Your feedback is important to us and will help us continue improving the learning experience. Complete the survey to unlock your certificate of completion — and then it’s time to celebrate your achievement!
